Thank you for shopping with Go Reach Ministries. Each product is made to order through our trusted printing partners, and we do our best to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.
If something isn’t right with your order, please review the policy below and contact us — we’re happy to help.
Returns
Because our products are custom-printed, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, or

You received the wrong item, size, or design
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@gorch.org with:

Your order number

A photo of the item showing the issue

A short description of what went wrong
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
We do not issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind)

Incorrect size or color choices

Normal wear or slight color variations between screen and print
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are printed on demand, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost once verified.
