1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
Digital products include downloadable workbooks, facilitator guides, devotionals, and resource bundles.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us at info@gorch.org.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, provide the correct files, or issue a refund when appropriate.
2. Physical Products
Physical products, including printed books, spiral-bound guides, and merchandise, may be produced through third-party printing and fulfillment partners.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for qualifying issues, including:
